2012 Calendars

This year I did quite a few calendars, I did two custom calendars, a Race for the Cure Calendar,  a Mom calendar, A gal Calendar and a teacher calendar and I think I am going to try and do one more before the new year.  Here's what some of them look like:

The end of the year...

I have to say,  I will not look back on this year fondly, as we were met with many sad situations.  The loss of a loved one, the loss of our little dog Finnegan, the discovery of cancer in my 80 year old father.  It has been tough.  So as 2011 heads out....I can only hope that the new year will be us renewed strength, and we'll have less heartbreaking issues to deal with.


On the positive side, my son is excelling in sports, and his father and I spend our time watching him play football or soccer and soon basketball.  He is a good athlete, especially football which is his passion.


For me, I got a chance to work on some art, and have sold quite a few items from my etsy site but even more so from my loyal clients at work who encourage and inspire me.  I'm hoping to spend a little more time marketing my art, but who knows...there's only so many hours in the day!
